Pathways & Perspectives offers trauma-informed therapeutic services designed to support individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, recovery, personal growth, and overall mental well-being. We utilize an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy that may integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), positive psychology, experiential approaches, mindfulness-based practices, psychoeducation, and strengths-based support tailored to each client's unique goals, experiences, identities, values, and needs.
We are committed to creating an inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming environment that honors diversity, autonomy, lived experience, and the many ways individuals and communities define healing, connection, and well-being. Pathways & Perspectives strives to provide a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodiverse individuals, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, relationship structures, and belief systems.
Our goal is to foster a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship where individuals feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore challenges, build upon existing strengths, cultivate resilience, and move toward lives that feel more authentic, connected, and meaningful.

Our approach to soulful coaching draws from reflective practices, mindfulness, holistic wellness perspectives, positive psychology, and values-centered approaches to personal growth while honoring each individual’s unique experiences, beliefs, identities, and path. We recognize that healing, meaning-making, and personal development look different for every person, and we strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful space that welcomes diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
Through individual coaching and group-based support, we aim to help individuals deepen self-awareness, explore personal goals and values, cultivate resilience, strengthen connection to themselves and others, and create greater alignment, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.

Pathways & Perspectives offers workshops, retreats, and community-centered experiences designed to encourage self-reflection, emotional wellness, creativity, connection, and personal growth in supportive and collaborative environments. Workshop topics may include mindfulness practices, emotional wellness, expressive arts, intimacy and connection, relationship enrichment, reflective practices, women’s wellness and empowerment, resilience-building, and holistic approaches to healing, self-discovery, and meaningful living.
We also provide educational discussions and integration-oriented support related to emerging conversations surrounding psychedelic-assisted therapies, altered states of consciousness, and personal meaning-making experiences. Our approach emphasizes education, reflection, and integration while honoring individual experiences, beliefs, and personal values.
Our goal is to create thoughtful, inclusive, and emotionally supportive spaces where individuals can explore growth, connection, healing, creativity, and wellbeing in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and meaningful to them while fostering a greater sense of community, belonging, and shared humanity.
